With your contribution you'll receive:

  • Choice of a star. Remember, all stars are offered on a first come first served basis.

  • Selection of its name.

  • Permanent acknowledgement on the MSAS Star Atlas.

  • Handsome folder with certificate of record stating NAME and POSITION of your star.

  • Satisfaction in preserving science education through the MSAS Astronomy Village.

All stars available for the exclusive MSAS Star Atlas are visible to the unaided eye. The brighter the star the higher the contribution. Stars are rated by apparent brightness.

During the purchase process you will be asked to type in your MSAS Star Name and

three suggested Constellations you might wish it to be located in.

If you desire, we can select the best available location for you.

TYPE B - MSAS Star

Buy a star, name a star, be a star in the exclusive MSAS Star Atlas data bank! They make a unique gift idea for all special occasions. Type B stars are NOT visible to the unaided eye, they are visible with binoculars and small telescopes.

With your contribution you'll receive:

  • Selection of star name

  • Permanent acknowledgement as a listing (and searchable) in the MSAS Star Atlas data bank

  • Handsome certificate of record with NAME and POSITION of your star

  • Satisfaction in preserving science education through the MSAS Astronomy Village

These stars are available for only $25.00!
