Mountain Skies Astronomical Society produced public, private and student programs:
SkyQuest and StarWatches are MSAS's public programs and are held in the spring, summer and fall, with guest speakers and special astral events in the winter months. Some of the subjects covered are telescopes, sky navigation, astro-photography, basic astronomy, space exploration, meteorites, meteor showers, comet viewing and much more. During special astronomical events such as bright comets, eclipses or strong meteor showers, programs and literature are provided to allow members and the general public to appreciate and enjoy the cosmic happenings under our dark "Mountain Skies". Our PRIVATE programs are offered to companies, civic organization, any group of 20 or more participants and are scheduled exclusively for your organization's participants. Click here for private program info
