Heart Beating Events

Lunar Eclipse

May 15th, 2003

 

As the Moon rose over the mountains it was already in partial eclipse.

Totality lasted about 53 minutes. Spectacular!

OUTSTANDING students and their WONDERFUL councilors, from a local camp, came to watch the eclipse with MSAS members and guests.

 Great kids made it a very special evening. They found constellations and viewed the Moon through the Society's telescope.
